Commencement Proclamation

under the

Transport Administration Amendment (Community Road Safety
Fund) Act 2012 No 70

THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Transport Administration Amendment (Community Road Safety Fund) Act 2012, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 May 2013 as the day on which that Act commences.
