Commencement Proclamation

under the

Forestry Act 2012 No 96

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Forestry Act 2012, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)	appoint 1 January 2013 as the day on which that Act (except as provided by paragraph (b)) commences, and
(b)	appoint 7 January 2013 as the day on which Schedule 4.41 to that Act commences.
