Commencement Proclamation

under the

Rail Safety (Adoption of National Law) Act 2012 No 82

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Rail Safety (Adoption of National Law) Act 2012, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 20 January 2013 as the day on which that Act commences.
