Commencement Proclamation

under the

Clubs, Liquor and Gaming Machines Legislation Amendment Act
2011 No 72

MARGARET BEAZLEY, Administrator I, the Honourable Justice Margaret Beazley AO, Administrator of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Clubs, Liquor and Gaming Machines Legislation Amendment Act 2011, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 March 2012 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(a) Schedule 1 [1] and [2],
(b) Schedule 2 [1] and [2],
(c) Schedule 3 [2] and [5],
(d) Schedule 4 [1]–[4] and [9],
(e) Schedule 5.1, 5.3–5.11 and 5.12 [1].

Authority,

(b) certain amendments to the Registered Clubs Act 1976, the Liquor Act 2007, the Gaming Machines Act 2001 and various other Acts as a consequence of the amendments referred to in paragraph (a).
