Commencement Proclamation

under the

Government Advertising Act 2011 No 35

THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Government Advertising Act 2011, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 5 October 2012 as the day on which that Act commences.
