Commencement Proclamation
under the
Crime Commission Act 2012 No 66
THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Crime Commission Act 2012, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 5 October 2012 as the day on which that Act (other than so much of Schedule 5.2 [13] as inserts section 62 (4) into the Criminal Assets Recovery Act 1990 and Schedule 5.11 [3]) commences.
