Commencement Proclamation

under the

Water Management Act 2000 No 92

THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Water Management Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 4 October 2012 as the day on which Schedule 8.30 [3] to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

Schedule 8.30 [3] to the Water Management Act 2000 amends the Act to remove provision for and with respect to the operation of the Lowbidgee flood control and irrigation works. The object of this Proclamation is to appoint 4 October 2012 as the day on which the amendment commences.
