Commencement Proclamation

under the

Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 2012 No 53

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 2012, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 10 August 2012 as the day on which Schedule 10 (except so much of Schedule 10.1 [2] that inserts Division 2 of Part 3 of Chapter 2) to that Act commences.
