Commencement Proclamation

under the

Water Management Act 2000 No 92

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Water Management Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 30 June 2012 as the day on which Schedule 8.30 [5] to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

Schedule 8.30 [5] to the Water Management Act 2000 amends the Act to remove the Upper Parramatta River Catchment Trust as a water supply authority under the Act. The object of this proclamation is to appoint 30 June 2012 as the day on which the amendment commences.
