Commencement Proclamation

under the

Transport Legislation Amendment Act 2011 No 41

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Transport Legislation Amendment Act 2011, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2012 as the day on which Schedule 4 to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence provisions of the Transport Legislation Amendment Act 2011 which amend the Transport Administration Act 1988 in relation to the abolition of the Country Rail Infrastructure Authority.
