Commencement Proclamation
under the
Sydney Water Catchment Management Amendment (Board
Members) Act 2012
THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Sydney Water Catchment Management Amendment (Board Members) Act 2012, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 18 May 2012 as the day on which that Act commences.
