Commencement Proclamation

under the

Criminal Procedure Amendment (Summary Proceedings Case
Management) Act 2012 No 10

THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Criminal Procedure Amendment (Summary Proceedings Case Management) Act 2012, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 30 April 2012 as the day on which that Act commences.
