Commencement Proclamation

under the

Clubs, Liquor and Gaming Machines Legislation Amendment
Act 2011 No 72

THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst QC, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Clubs, Liquor and Gaming Machines Legislation Amendment Act 2011, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 30 March 2012 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
