Commencement Proclamation

under the

Central Coast Water Corporation Act 2006 No 105

JAMES ALLSOP, Administrator I, the Honourable Justice James Allsop, Administrator of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister for Water, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Central Coast Water Corporation Act 2006, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 25 February 2011 as the day on which that Act (other than Schedule 7.2 [1], [2] and [4]) commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence all of the provisions of the Central Coast Water Corporation Act 2006 except for amendments to the Water Management Act 2000 relating to the constitution of the Corporation as a water supply authority in substitution for Gosford City Council and Wyong Shire Council.
