Commencement Proclamation

under the

Thoroughbred Racing Amendment Act 2011 No 47

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Thoroughbred Racing Amendment Act 2011, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 19 December 2011 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
