Commencement Proclamation

under the

Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009 No 56

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 25 February 2011 as the day on which Schedule 1.13 [6], [8] and [9] to that Act commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence amendments to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 relating to prerequisites for the issue of subdivision and occupation certificates.
