under the

Public Sector Employment and Management Amendment (Ethics and Public Service Commissioner) Act 2011

THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Administrator I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Administrator of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Amendment (Ethics and Public Service Commissioner) Act 2011, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 November 2011 as the day on which that Act commences.
