under the

Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Amendment Act
2009 No 33

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Amendment Act 2009, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 8 February 2011 as the day on which Schedules 1 [1]–[3] and [5] to that Act commence.
