Commencement Proclamation

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Part 3A
Repeal) Act 2011 No 22

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Part 3A Repeal) Act 2011, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 26 August 2011 as the day on which Schedule 2.26 to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence a provision of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Part 3A Repeal) Act 2011 that postpones the staged repeal of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 (due on 1 September 2011) until 1 September 2013.
