Commencement Proclamation

under the

Public Sector Restructure (Miscellaneous Acts Amendments) Act
2009 No 96

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Public Sector Restructure (Miscellaneous Acts Amendments) Act 2009, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 2011 as the day on which Schedule 15 to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence provisions that amend the Ombudsman Act

1974 to take account of administrative changes involving departmental amalgamations.
