Commencement Proclamation

under the

Children Legislation Amendment (Wood Inquiry
Recommendations) Act 2009 No 13

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Children Legislation Amendment (Wood Inquiry Recommendations) Act 2009, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2011 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(a)	Schedule 2.2 [10],
(b)	Schedule 2.2 [16] (to the extent that it inserts clause 8 into Schedule 2 to the Children’s Court Act 1987),
(c)	Schedule 2.6 [4].
