Commencement Proclamation

under the

Health Services Amendment (Local Health Networks) Act 2010
No 97

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Health Services Amendment (Local Health Networks) Act 2010, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 2011 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
