Commencement Proclamation

under the

Health Legislation Amendment Act 2010 No 52

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Health Legislation Amendment Act 2010, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 February 2011 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

Explanatory note
