Commencement Proclamation

under the

Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Amendment
(Children’s Services) Act 2010 No 67

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Amendment (Children’s Services) Act 2010, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 2011 as the day on which that Act commences.
