JAMES ALLSOP, Administrator I, The Honourable Justice James Allsop, Administrator of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Privacy and Government Information Legislation Amendment Act 2010, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 2011 as the day on which that Act commences.
