Commencement Proclamation

under the

James Hardie Former Subsidiaries (Winding up and
Administration) Amendment Act 2009 No 116

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the James Hardie Former Subsidiaries (Winding up and Administration) Amendment Act 2009, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 19 November 2010 as the day on which the provisions of that Act (other than Schedule 1 [13]–[18]) commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence provisions of the James Hardie Former Subsidiaries (Winding up and Administration) Amendment Act 2009 that make amendments concerning the provision of a loan facility to the SPF trustee.
