Commencement Proclamation

under the

Superannuation Legislation Amendment Act 2010 No 60

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Superannuation Legislation Amendment Act 2010, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 8 October 2010 as the day on which that Act, other than Schedule 3 [8], commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the Superannuation Legislation Amendment Act 2010, other than amendments to the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987 relating to death and incapacity benefits for ambulance officers.
