Commencement Proclamation
under the
Gas Supply Amendment Act 2010 No 7
JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, Lieutenant-Governor I, The Honorable James Jacob Spigelman AC, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Gas Supply Amendment Act 2010, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 3 September 2010 as the day on which that Act commences.
