Commencement Proclamation

under the

State Revenue Legislation Amendment Act 2010

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the State Revenue Legislation Amendment Act 2010, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2010 as the day on which Schedule 10 to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the amendments to real property legislation made by the State Revenue Legislation Amendment Act 2010. The amendments relate to the funding of the Torrens Assurance Fund.
