Commencement Proclamation

under the

Fines Further Amendment Act 2008 No 110

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Fines Further Amendment Act 2008, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 10 July 2009 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(a)	Schedule 1 [1] (to the extent that it inserts the definition of work and development order), [14] (except to the extent that it inserts section 42 (1CC) (b)), [21], [22], [29], [30] (to the extent that it inserts section 101B (1) (a)), [31] (to the extent that it inserts section 101B (6) (a)), [32] and [33],
(b)	Schedule 2.2 [9].

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the provisions of the Fines Further

Amendment Act 2008 that deal with work and development orders.
