Commencement Proclamation

under the

Miscellaneous Acts (Local Court) Amendment Act 2007 No 94

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Miscellaneous Acts (Local Court) Amendment Act 2007, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 6 July 2009 as the day on which that Act (except Schedules 1.3 [1] and [2], 1.6, 1.13 [2], 1.29 [17] and [18], 1.35 [1] and 1.47) commences.
