Commencement Proclamation

under the

Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2008 No 94

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2008, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint:

(a)	1 July 2009 as the day on which that Act commences, except sections 13 and 14 (2) and (3) and Schedule 2.4, and
(b)	1 January 2010 as the day on which sections 13 and 14 (2) and (3) commence.
