Commencement Proclamation

under the

Water (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2008 No 69

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Water (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2008, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 15 December 2008 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
