Commencement Proclamation

under the

Hemp Industry Act 2008 No 58

JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman AC, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Hemp Industry Act 2008, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 31 October 2008 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
