under the

Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Amendment
(Blood Sampling) Act 2000 No 78

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Amendment (Blood Sampling) Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 15 April 2005 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the uncommenced provisions of the Road Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Amendment (Blood Sampling) Act 2000. That Act amends certain other Acts and statutory instruments in relation to the analysis of blood samples.
