HIS HONOUR: Adjourn the review to 30 July 2010, the court intimating that orders will be made in terms of the draft submitted by Mr Haydon, a copy of which is Exhibit 1, on that date unless the respondent persuades the court to the contrary.
I note in particular the respondent's concern that the water authority, Unitywater, which involves Moreton Regional Council as well as itself, ought to be a party, and I will note the respondent's complaint that Exhibit 1 was not supplied as early as the Practice Direction requires.
