Combat Sports Amendment Regulations 2020

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Combat Sports Amendment
Regulations 2020.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.           Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Combat Sports Regulations 2004.

4.           Regulation 16 amended

(1)	Delete regulation 16(1) and insert:
(1) If a contestant has participated in a contest, the contestant must not participate in another contest for a period of at least 7 days. Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of S 000.
(2)	In regulation 16(2) delete "Where" and insert:

5.            Regulation 17B amended

In regulation 17B in the Penalty after "Penalty:" insert:

6.           Regulation 17C amended

In regulation 17C(i)(ii) delete "ring;" and insert:

Delete Schedule 2 Division 3 and insert:
