Regulation under the Combat Sports Act 2013.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Combat Sports Regulation 2014 to exempt any Taekwondo held under the rules of and sanctioned by the International Taekwondo Federation from the operation of the

Combat Sports Act 2013.
This Regulation is made under the Combat Sports Act 2013, including sections 4 (1) (definition of combat
sport) and 106 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Combat Sports Amendment (International Taekwondo
Federation) Regulation 2018.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
