WH E R E A S H e r Majesty Queen Victor ia and in t i tu led " An Act to
by a n A c t passed in t h e t e n t h year of t h e re ign of
" authorize and regulate for a. limited time the warehousing under

" bond and the exportation free of duty of Spirits distilled within the " Colony of New South TJ^ales" i t was amongs t other th ings enacted t h a t t h e said Ac t should commence and t a k e effect from and after t h e pass ing thereof and should cont inue in force for two years thereaf ter a n d n o longer A n d whereas i t is expedient t h a t t h e dura t ion of t h e

said A c t should be ex tended Be it therefore enacted by H i s Excel lency
t h e Governor of N e w Sou th "Wales w i t h t h e advice and consent of t h e
Legislat ive Counci l thereof Tha t t h e dura t ion of t h e said A c t shall be

extended and t h a t t h e same shal l con t inue in force un t i l t h e t h i r t y - first day of December in t h e year of our Lord one thousand e ight

h u n d r e d a n d fifty-two.
