An Act to repeal an Act to make provision for the

Punishment of Masters of Vessels in certain cases.

[Assented to 1st October, 1879.

EREAS it is expedient to repeal the Act of Council, 40 Vie.,

No. 10: Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of

W Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :-

1. The Act of Council passed in the fortieth year of the Queen, Repeal of 40 Tic.,

No. 10, intituled ' An Act to make provision for the punishment of No.10 repealed.
