AN ORDINANCE to rectify a Clerical error in the Ordi- nance entituled " An Ordinance to amend the Colonial " Passengers Ordinance 1861."

[11th July, 1864.]

BE it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Aus-

tralia, and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :
