COLLIE RECREATION AND PARK LANDS ACT REPEAL.

No. 50 of 1969.

AN ACT to repeal the Collie Recreation and Park Lands Act, 1931-1944 and for purposes in- cidental thereto.

[Assented to 29th September, 1969.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Collie alert title.

Recreation and Park Lands Act Repeal Act, 1969.

2.    The Acts set out in the Schedule to this Act Repeats

are repealed.

3. The land in Wellington Locations 1314 and Land reveSted

4515 and part of Wellington Location 4344 Her MaieetY.

containing 576 acres 1 rood 19 perches and held

Act Repeal.

in fee simple by the Collie Recreation and Park Lands Board in trust for the purposes of recreation and park lands and being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 1100 Folio 434 is divested from the said Board and revested in Her Majesty as of her former estate freed and discharged from all trusts and encumbrances and is removed from the operation of the Transfer of Land Act, 1893.
