No. 27 of 1944.

AN ACT to make provision in the Collie Recreation and Park Lands Act, 1931-1942, for the limitation as to depth of the estate and interest of the Collie Recrea- tion and Park Lands Board in the lands vested in that Board under and by virtue of the provisions of the said Act.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

No. 11 oShort title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Collie Recreation and 1942, s. s̀. Park Lands Act Amendment Act, 1944, and shall be read

as one with the Collie Recreation and Park Lands Act, 1931-1942 (No. 1 of 1931 as amended by the Acts No. 32 of 1932, No. 9 of 1941 and No. 11 of 1942), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

New section.	2. A section is added to the principal Act after section ten as follows:

mencement of this section are under and by virtue of the provisions of this Act vested in the Board shall be and shall be deemed to have been from the time the said lands became so vested respectively limited to a depth of forty feet below the natural surface of the said lands respectively.

(2) The Registrar of Titles is hereby authorised to make and shall make such entries in the records in the office of Land Titles relating to the said lands as may be necessary to give effect to the provisions of subsection (1) of this section.
