COLLIE RECREATION AND
PARK LANDS.

No. 11 of 1942.
AN ACT to divest certain land from the Collie Rec- reation and Park Lands Board, to vest certain land in the said Board, to amend the Collie Recreation and Park Lands Act, 1931-1941, and for other purposes incidental thereto.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legisla- tive Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

| read as one with the Collie Recreation and Park Lands Act, 1931-1941 (No. 1 of 1931, as amended by the Acts No. 32 of 1932 and No. 9 of 1941), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act. |

| (1) All that piece of land, being part of reserve "B" 7945, heretofore part of the land vested by section seven of the principal Act in the Collie Recreation and Park Lands Board (hereinafter referred to as the board) and more particularly described in the Schedule to this Act, is hereby divested from the board and revested in Ilis Majesty the King as of his former estate freed and | Divestment of land. |

discharged from all trusts and encumbrances, with the intent that such piece of land revested as aforesaid shall be included in and form part of State Forest No. 4.
(2) The Registrar of Titles is hereby authorised to make, and shall make, all such amendments, alterations, corrections, and entries in and upon the records and plans (including any certificates of title) under his con- trol as may be necessary in consequence of the operation of subsection (1) of this section, and may issue to the board a new certificate of title.

(b) On the application in writing under the common seal of the board the Registrar of Titles shall register the board as the proprietor in fee simple in possession of the land which by this subsection is vested in the board and issue a certificate of title accordingly.

That part of class "B" reserve 7945, being all that portion of land bounded by lines starting from a point on the easternmost boundary of Wellington location 1304 and situate 4 chains 80 links south from the north-easternmost corner of said location, and extending easterly and northerly along the southern and part of the eastern boundary of mineral lease 112 (Collie River Coal Mining District) to a point situate about 22 chains south from the south-western corner of coal mining lease 247; thence generally north-easterly by a line parallel to and distant 50 links from the centre of a tramway to a point situate on the southern boundary

of the said lease 247 and situate about 20 chains east from the latter corner; thence easterly along the said southern boundary to the north-eastern corner of coal mining lease 108; thence south- westerly along part of the south-eastern boundary of said lease 108 to the. northern boundary of Wellington location 1314; thence westerly and southerly along the northern and western boundaries of the said location and onwards in the latter direction to the left bank of the Collie river; thence generally westerly downwards, along the said bank, to a point in the southern prolongation of the easternmost boundary of location 1304 aforesaid; and thence northerly to and along the said boundary to the starting point, excluding all roads within such boundaries.
5. A new Schedule is added to the principal Act New schedule.

FIFTH SCHEDULE.
All that piece of land heretofore included in and forming part of State Forest No. 4 bounded by lines starting from a point on the south-western alignment of Crampton street situate on the prolongation south-westerly of the north-western alignment of Steere street, Collie, and extending generally southerly along the western side of road No. 2997 to a point situate on the south- western boundary of coal mining lease No. 95; thence north- westerly along the said boundary to the eastern side of a road along the eastern boundary of Wellington location 1314; thence northerly along the said side of road to a point situate in Pro- longation easterly of the northern side of road No. 2312 along the northern boundary of the said location; thence westerly to and along the said side of road No. 2312 to a point situate on the north-western boundary of the said lease; thence north-easterly along the said boundary about 11 chains 50 links to the south- eastern side of a road; thence north-easterly to and along said road No. 2312 to the said alignment of Crampton street aforesaid, and thence south-easterly along the same to the starting point, excluding portion of road No. 2312.

SCHEDULE.
All that piece of land part of reserve "B" 7945, heretofore vested in the Collie Recreation and Park Lands Board, bounded by lines starting from the south-western corner of coal mining lease No. 247 and extending easterly along the southern boundary of the said lease for a distance of about 20 chains to a point situate on a line parallel to and 50 links distant from the centre of a tramway; thence generally south-westerly along the said parellel line to a point situate on the eastern boundary of coal mining lease No. 112 and distant about 22 chains from the start- ing point, and thence northerly along the said boundary to the starting point.
