No. 32 of 1932.

AN ACT to provide in the Collie Recreation and Park Lands Act, 1931, for authority to the Collie Municipal Council and the Collie Road Board to grant and lend money to the Collie Recreation and Park Lands Board, and for other purposes incidental thereto.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Collie Recreation and short title.

Park Lands Act Amendment Act, 1932, and shall be read as one with the Collie Recreation and Park Lands Act, 1931. (No. 1 of 1931), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    A section is inserted in the principal Act, after section New section.

granted or lent as aforesaid, a statement of the amount

proposed to be granted or lent, and the purposes for which the same is intended to be used or applied, shall be submitted to the Minister, and the granting or lend- ing of such amount for such purposes shall be approved both by the -Minister and the Governor.
