AN ACT to validate certain Rates made by the Council of the Municipality of Collie and the Collie Local Board of Health, for the year ending the thirty-first day of October, 1910.

[Assented to 31st December, 1911.]

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Par-BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. The general rate and the health rate, struck or purporting to have been struck by the Council of the Municipality of Collie, and the Collie Local Board of Health, respectively, for the year ending the thirty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and ten, shall be deemed to have been lawfully struck; and all things necessary to be done in and towards the striking of such rates shall be deemed to have been duly performed, notwithstanding any failure to comply with any of the provisions of the Municipal Cor- porations Act, 1906, or the Health Act, 1898, relating thereto; and the said rates may be recovered accordingly, as if the provisions of the said Acts had been in all respects complied with.
