AN ACT to authorise the Construction of a Railway from the South-Western Railway to the Collie Quarry.

BE it enacted by- the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Deviation. Railways Act, 1818, it shall be lawful for the Commissioner of

SCHEDULE.

COLLIE QUARRY RAILWAY.

DESCRIPTION OF LINE OF RAILWAY.

Commencing at or near a point on the South-Western Railway 100 miles 52 chains or thereabouts from its commencing point at East Perth, on the Eastern Railway, and proceeding thence in a generally North-Easterly direction for about 11 chains ; thence in a generally South-Easterly direction for about 24 chains ; thence in a generally Easterly direction for about 15 chains ; thence in a generally South-Easterly direction for about 19 chains ; thence in a generally North- Easterly direction for about 32 chains ; thence in a generally Easterly direction for about 8 chains ; thence in a generally North-Easterly direction for about 32 chains ; thence in a generally South-Easterly direction for about 8 chains ; thence in a generally North-Easterly direction for about 10 chains, and terminating at a point in Wellington Location 1.

Total length about 1 mile 79 chains.
