Railway Act, 1904.

and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this presentBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Amendment of No.

L Section four of the Collie-Narrogin Railway Act, 1904, is 16 of 004, s. 4.

amended by inserting, after the words " open for traffic," the words

"from Collie to Narrogin."
