AN ACT to amend the Colleges Act 1978.

[Assented to 5 November 1980.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Colleges milgttlie.

Amendment Act 1980.

(2) In this Act the Colleges Act 1978 is referred to gpm..100

as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may

be cited as the Colleges Act 1978-1980.

amended. 2. Section 36 of the principal Act is amended in subsection (2) by deleting paragraph (a) and sub- stituting the following paragraph

(a) the academic staff of the college other than those-

(i) employed part-time; or

(ii)    engaged under a contract for an agreed period or for the perform- ance of particular services; " .
