Collections for Charities (Approved Organisations) Amendment Order 2008

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order-in-council under section 5(2)(b) of the Collections for Charities Act 2001 .22 December 2008

1Short titleThis order-in-council may be cited as the Collections for Charities (Approved Organisations) Amendment Order 2008 . 2CommencementThis order-in-council takes effect on 1 January 2009. 3Principal OrderIn this order-in-council, the Collections for Charities (Approved Organisations) Order 2002 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4Schedule 1 amended (Approved organisations) Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended by omitting item 13 and substituting:

The Tasmanian Academy established by the Education and Training (Tasmanian Academy) Act 2008, the Tasmanian Polytechnic established by the Education and Training (Tasmanian Polytechnic) Act 2008 and the Tasmanian Skills Institute established by the Education and Training (Tasmanian Skills Institute) Act 2008

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

Notified in the Gazette on 31 December 2008
